OWNER-MANAGER MINDSET
The owners of the company are members of the management team.
The company’s owners are actively involved in daily operations; therefore, all decisions are fast, responsible, and driven by personal commitment.
FŐBER Zrt., founded in 1957, relies on nearly seven decades of experience and is committed to delivering every project to the highest professional standards with reliability and responsibility.
Initially, we served as construction project managers and technical inspectors for local housing estates, helping shape the cityscape of Budapest and Hungary.
Over the past decades, the scope of our activities has expanded continuously; since the 2000s, we have played a leading role in construction management and technical inspections for building construction, historical building preservation, infrastructure (road, bridge, and rail), and hydraulic and environmental engineering projects.

For us, engineering work is not just a profession, it is a responsibility:
a guarantee of quality, safety, and long-term value creation.
In our work, we value precision, professional independence, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
While respecting our heritage, we embrace innovative solutions to provide clients with stable solutions for future challenges.
